1. About SupperDONE

SupperDONE is an early-stage meal-planning demo (“the Service”) operated by its founders. By accessing or using supperdone.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This is a demo / MVP product. It uses curated sample recipes and does not yet include real AI-generated meal planning. Features, data, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Who can use SupperDONE

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate and that you are authorised to use any login credentials you provide.

3. Your account

You log in via Google or Facebook through Auth0. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@supperdone.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service.
  • Submit false or misleading survey responses.
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others.
  • Circumvent any security or access controls.

5. Demo content

The meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists generated by SupperDONE are for demonstration purposes only. They are based on curated sample data and should not be treated as professional nutritional or dietary advice. Always check ingredients against your own dietary requirements and consult a healthcare professional for medical dietary needs.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service – including the SupperDONE name, logo, recipe data, and interface design – belongs to SupperDONE or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

Because SupperDONE is an MVP, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We will do our best to give advance notice of significant changes, especially to users who have provided their email address.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupperDONE and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed €50.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless applicable consumer- protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
