Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. About this policy

SupperDONE (“we”, “us”) is a meal-planning demo product operated by its founders. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you use supperdone.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. This is an MVP (early demo) version of the product and this policy will be updated before any commercial launch.

2. What data we collect

When you use SupperDONE, we may collect the following:

  • Account data – your name, email address, and profile picture, provided via Google or Facebook login (through Auth0).
  • Survey answers – your responses to our onboarding survey about household cooking habits. These are used solely for product research and validation.
  • Meal plan data – the demo meal plans and shopping lists generated during your session.
  • Notification sign-up – your email address if you request to be notified when AI meal planning is ready.
  • Usage analytics – basic interaction events (e.g. which pages you visit, which features you use) to help us improve the product. No advertising profiles are built.

3. Why we use your data

  • To let you log in and access the demo.
  • To save your household profile and demo meal plans during your session.
  • To conduct product validation research using your survey answers.
  • To email you when AI meal planning is available, if you opted in.
  • To understand how the product is being used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed in section 4.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate SupperDONE:

  • Auth0 – handles authentication. See auth0.com/privacy.
  • Neon / PostgreSQL – stores your account and survey data in a hosted database.
  • Vercel – hosts the application. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Resend / Postmark – sends transactional emails (e.g. confirmation emails).

5. Data retention

Survey responses and account data are retained for product research purposes during the MVP phase. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at privacy@supperdone.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from notifications).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@supperdone.com.

7. Cookies

SupperDONE uses a session cookie set by Auth0 to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic analytics may use a first-party cookie or local storage to count unique visits.

8. Changes to this policy

As SupperDONE evolves from MVP to a full product, this policy will be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via email if you have an account.
